With the growing importance to have a website which is accessible to all users , ICare recognizes the importance of providing a website that is accessible to everyone, including its clients with disabilities. To this purpose , we are working to satisfy generally recognized guidelines for website accessibility as embodied in the Worldwide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
This statement is meant to provide an overview of some of the accessibility concepts we are including, and features we are implementing, to help clients with disabilities navigate and utilize the ICare website. These features – which incorporate key concepts of web accessibility into our site design – are meant to help improve accessibility in a variety of contexts, including, but not limited to, navigation for screen readers, keyboard navigation, text-only browsers, and use of multimedia content.
Design
Our site uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for layout and visual formatting. However, if your browser does not support CSS pages or if CSS has been disabled or over-ridden by a user-defined style sheet, the pages should remain readable.
Text size can be adjusted throughout our site. You can increase/decrease the text size using your browser settings:

Our site makes use of Portable Document Format (PDF). Certain documents on this site are available only in this format, which requires you to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Readersoftware. This software is free of charge.
Some pages of our site contain Flash videos, which require that you download the Flash video player. In most cases, your browser will have the Flash video player installed.
JavaScript
In most cases our site provides enhanced features, such as calculators and application forms, which use JavaScript and various JavaScript libraries.
